Happy Derby Week!

Happy Derby Week everyone! I was able to start out Derby Week right thanks to a work trip to Kentucky. My first stop after landing in Louisville on Sunday was to The Brown Hotel to try the original Hot Brown. It definitely lived up to hype, not that you can really go wrong with cheese, turkey, and bacon!

After my delicious meal, I had just enough time for a trip to the Bulleit Frontier Whiskey Experience for a tour & tasting (look out for a post soon!) before it was time to head to my hotel.

Kicking off Derby Week with a Hot Brown and whiskey definitely set the bar high and so I can’t wait to try and top it this Saturday.
