If you’re looking to put a Christmas twist on your oatmeal cookies, then these White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal cookies are just what you’re looking for. Not only do the look the part with their red cranberries and white chocolate chips, they also taste great!

My mom stumbled across these in a Cuisine at Home Special Cookie Book a few years ago and they have been a staple on our Christmas cookie tray ever since. We use a small cookie scoop to make these a bit more bite sized and so one recipe makes just about 100 cookies.
