Happy First Day of Summer everyone and a belated Father’s Day to all you dads out there! We celebrated Father’s Day a bit early with  dinner on Saturday night with our parents & grandparents. We decided to go with a Polish themed menu as a special treat for our Poppop.

Even though we kept the menu fairly simple, at the end of the day it was probably one of our most memorable dinners. It was great seeing Poppop’s excitement at getting to try foods and cocktails that he hadn’t had in years. Below you’ll find the menu:
